like this clever design. As long as you use the pusher, it's much safer than our previous mandoline. I like the controls that adjust for thickness and type of cut. I like the angle of the board and the suction cups that hold it to the countertop. I like the ease and speed of cutting/slicing. I like the bin that catches the vegetables under it as it doesn't slide around. I like that it folds up neatly. I love that it will go in the dishwasher. The only drawback to this design is the width limitation, but it's worth that shortcoming if it saves fingers.
I've always been a bit intimidated by mandoline slicers. Fears of razor-sharp blades and mangled fingers kept me reaching for the knife most of the time. But then I discovered the TopmartAZ Mandoline Slicer, and let me tell you, it's completely revolutionized my kitchen game.

This is the best mandolin I have ever owned. Seriously I cook a lot and I usually use a knife to chop veggies. But I'm getting older, and I needed a safer alternative then your usual mandolin. This one is safe, easy to use and fun. Yup FUN! I laugh chopping veggies. IF I had a complaint it would be; it could be slightly easier to clean. I have no clue how to do this since its pretty much rinse and drip dry. It's worth every penny.
